Dan Buchanan, Orara Valley Bathrooms

Meet Dan

Dan Buchanan

Licensed carpenter & joiner

Dan has spent years on the tools across the Orara Valley and the wider NSW Mid-North Coast — from full home renovations to fine joinery. Bathrooms are where his trade really comes together: carpentry, custom cabinetry, careful coordination with other trades, and an eye for the small details that make a room feel finished.

Orara Valley Bathrooms was built around a simple idea — that a country family should be able to get a thoughtful, well-built bathroom without paying city prices. Dan project-manages the whole job, brings in qualified local sparkies, plumbers and tilers he already knows and trusts, and stays on site through the finish.

He's local, he's family-oriented, and he treats every job like it's his own home.

How we work

The way a country build should feel.

Qualified, local tradesmen

Every electrician, plumber and tiler on site is licensed and local — people we trust, who treat your home like their own.

Family-first attitude

We turn up when we say we will, we tidy up at the end of the day, and we make decisions you can live with.

Built to last

Practical, hard-wearing materials suited to regional homes — beautiful on day one, still beautiful in ten years.

“A bathroom should feel warm the second you walk in — like the rest of a country home. That's the room I try to build, every time.”

— Dan
